Whether it's backroads, highways or scenic byways, Virginia has the prettiest scenery on the east coast in my humble opinion. Take some time this summer when traveling the small backroads to stop and take a deep breath of clean mountain air, grab a cold glass of sweet tea or treat yourself to some ice cream and southern hospitality.  You'll want to come back, I promise.
